Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri are seen together in Milan Italy earlier today and... is it just me or does Janet look the happiest she's been since the death of her brother Michael? Not sure if the J.J's are rekindling their romance but I'm thinkin' it might be a good thing for Ms. Jackson.
